Genetics, Muscle Fiber, Steroids???

Alright so maybe this is a loaded question, and has probably been asked a thousand times before but here goes it - - Why is it that some dudes can stack muscle like it ain’t nuthin’, while others can work just as hard and switch up their stuff regularly but can’t seem to get stuff to grow to save their lives???

Does anyone else out there get as pissed as I do about this?

Any advice on how to capitalize on my body-type, or how to naturally see some serious muscle growth would be all kinds of appreciated….

Well I think for someone to really help you, you might want to explain some things in another blog. Like how long have you been working out?… how much protein, food intake are you getting?. how often are you eating/are you eating clean?…what supps are you taking? How often do you train? Are you doing cardio? What’s your weekly routine! :) That way some of the bigger guys might be able to narrow down any weak areas and give you some good advice. Good luck. I know you want to get bigger but you really look pretty good.

    1) NOBODY stacks muscle like it’s nothing. They have a calculated plan and a regiment, EVEN if they cheat up on steroids, prohornones, diuretics, etc., or have fortunate genetics.

    2) On the natural side of things, it’s usually matters of diet, training intensity & intelligene, recovery, and perseverance.

    3) I know how to help and you know where to find me.

    Tellin’ it like it is…
