Welcome!

October 22, 2008

Alrighty! First blog entry. Just going to make this short, the next few will be much more detailed and interesting I promise you! I’m fairly proud of myself for starting to do some light squats and deadlifts after a back injury. It’s been about a month and a half and I think its time now. The back feels pretty good, and I feel sooo bad for not being able to work it for soooo long. The squats I did today were very light, just 135: 155: and 185 lbs for 8-12 reps each. I will say that after a back injury you really double think everything you do. I injured it getting out of my car! Of course it was after shoveling for 4 hours straight but still! The pain is undeniable and unforgivable, your mind does not let you forget so easy.
