alright, this week my bench was up 20lbs/squat 60lbs/ and deadlift 25lbs. im down 10lbs from last time i weighed as well. everything is good.

sup! I’ll log what i do here i suppose. im trying to cut now, and i finally have the means to make it a serious cut instead of quitting in 2 weeks. I’ve already seen results that im happy with. that helps me get motivated to go further.anyways, i don’t have a goal weight. just gonna keep going till i like what i see.
