I’m 6 weeks out until my bulk. I’ll be hitting it with everything I got to give me that step up for when I attempt to get up to 175 lbs. Slow but sure, I’m looking forward to growing a lot more.

3:35 PM - Yo Crunch Yogurt
5:30 PM - 10 Breaded Chicken Nuggets, Trix Cotton Candy Yogurt
7 PM - 1 Scoop ON Whey, 10 oz 1% Milk, Banana
10 PM - Soft Taco Shell, Rice, Black Beans and Corn
12:15 AM - 1 Scoop ON Casein, 10 oz 1% Milk
Daily Totals:
2760 Calories , 68.82 g fat , 270 g carbs, 180.5 g protein

Here is a list of the foods I ate today.
11 am - Protein Shake ( 10 oz 1% Milk, 2 TBSP Natural Peanut Butter, 1 Banana, 1 Scoop ON Whey, Ice)
12:45 PM - 2 Scoop Muscle Juice, 10 oz 1% Milk
2:30 PM - Protein Bar, Pluot
4:35 PM - 6 oz Grilled Chicken
6:15 PM - Half an orange pepper, Cherries and Baby Carrots
7:45 PM - 1 1/2 Cups yellow rice, 1/2 Cup mixed vegetables, 10 oz Chicken Breast
12 AM - 10 oz 1% Milk with 1 Scoop ON Casein Powder
Daily Totals:
2282 Calories - 48 g fat - 236 g carbs - 187 g protein
Overall a good diet but I think I need to get some more calories in their atleast up to 2500.

I will be starting my muscle juice cycle today. I will not being using the 4 scoop dosage though. I will be using only 2 scoops and using it PWO.

As I just finished high school it seems to me bodybuilding will be a lot more easier. I will be going to college full time and have already made my schedule. I have a steady job which I will keep for about the first year of college until I get an internship.
My plan is to cut for the remaining 8 weeks of summer then bulk my ass off for 10 months after that. During this time though I will be adding cuts in there for about 2 weeks at a time every couple 8 weeks because I will be natural.
Now being in college seems so much better for my routine because I set the hours to my liking and have time to eat proper all the time and hit the gym whenever it is needed.
I can’t wait to enter this bulk I will be eating like a phene and throwing around iron.
