Woke up this morning and this is what I had for my first meal.
2 Scrambled Eggs with 1/2 cup of Broccoli
12 oz Fat Free Milk, 2 Scoops Muscle Juice
Meal Numbers-
824 Calories, 24g Fat, 96g Carbs, 52.5g Protein
I also took my orange triad and fish oil with this meal.
