Day 4 of Green MAGnitude and Purple Wraath
Day 4 Dosage: 1 scoop of green mag with 10 oz cold water pre workout. 1 scoop of purple wraath with 12 oz cold water during workout.
How I felt: Felt really strong and had great endurance. I also felt the tingle throughout my body.
Taste: 9/10. It was better not mixing them together.
Rating so far: I’m happy with these 2 products so far and I have to give them a perfect 10/10 on the board.

The tingling is from the beta alanine in the PW. Which flavor did you get? Tried the grape and hated it…

I love purple wraath. Just mixed mine and stuck it in the freezer. Won’t work out without it!
