boring off day today

well today will be an off day, I got a 9 hour shift for work then my family is coming over to celebrate my birthday.

Day 2 of Green MAGnitude and Purple Wraath

Day 2 Dosage: 1 scoop of green mag and 1 scoop of purple wraath with 20 oz of water.

How I felt: Felt so good today doing legs, I also felt a tingling sensation throughout my body when working out, felt pretty cool.

Taste: 8/10 .Better then last time but I still think I need to alter my water use.

Rating so far: I’m happy with these 2 products so far and I have to give them a perfect 10/10 on the board.

How I felt: My endurance felt great and I felt pretty pumped up allover.

Taste: 6/10 . Definitely need more water next time. Haha

Smell: 10/10 , These two supps smell so good.

vacation til wednesday

Alright guys I’m going away to hershey park, I’ll be back wednesday. Don’t miss me to much =].

As for working out, I might be able to go one night to the gym but I’m not going to go out of my way for it I’ve been working hard for months and I would like to enjoy this vacation from work/the gym. I did bring animal pump and whey protein though.

Well, I’ll see you all wednesday

P.S. - Someone please bump my journal every so often so I can keep getting my views up. :)
