What you need:
1 1/4 Cup Milk
3 Ice Cubes
1 Scoop of Whey
1 Packet of Oatmeal
1 Banana
A Blender
Steps:
First - Add Milk to Blender
Second - Add Ice Cubes to Blender
Third- Add your dry packet of oatmeal
Fourth - Throw in that whey!
Last - Chop up a banana and throw it in as well.
