How I felt:
I hate how I can’t eat for an hour and a half before working out. My stomach felt like it had nothing in it, I actually threw up because I needed food. I still did good with all the weights and stuff would have been better if I had something in my stomach though.

Anything feel different during workout:
My stomach felt really empty today.

I also did 20 minutes cardio to try and get the sickness out of me.

Striker’s Morning Breakfast Shake

What you need:
1 1/4 Cup Milk
3 Ice Cubes
1 Scoop of Whey
1 Packet of Oatmeal
1 Banana
A Blender

Steps:
First - Add Milk to Blender
Second - Add Ice Cubes to Blender
Third- Add your dry packet of oatmeal
Fourth - Throw in that whey!
Last - Chop up a banana and throw it in as well.
