Incline DB Flyes

Triceps
Close Grip Bench Press
- 95 Lbs x 7 Reps
- 100 Lbs x 5 Reps
- 100 Lbs x 4 Reps
Bench Dips
- Body Weight x 12 Reps
- Body Weight x 10 Reps
- Body Weight x 10 Reps
Lying EZ Bar Extensions
- 40 Lbs x 7 Reps
Overall Workout: Great
I felt great with my new routine, Although there were 2 sets I wasn’t happy with I’ll just shake it off and improve them next time. Also with the EZ bar extensions I can’t do them I realized the position I was in is to hard to put the weight down.
