Cardio

Today I got in some good cardio, I ran for 15 Minutes at High Intensity, and than Walked at Low Intensity for 15 Minutes. Overall felt like a good day for cardio.

Overall Grade for Workout: 9/10
Comments: Felt good to change up the workout plan and look forward to something new. I feel like this workout program will bring me success with strength gains and helping me become more cut for summer. I’ve also re-arranged my diet which you can check out in my next blog post which I’ll post up at the end of the day.

Schools Almost done

Haven’t been working out as much as I should lately because I’ve been studying for state exams but tommorow is my last one and I’ll be hitting the gym hard today.

Todays workout

Just worked on biceps and forums and did some cardio than finished off with some ab/core work.
