Flat Bench:
Set 1: 115 Lbs x 8 Reps
Set 2: 125 Lbs x 5 Reps
Set 3: 130 Lbs x 5 Reps

Decline Flys:
Set 1: 20 Lbs x 10 Reps
Set 2: 30 Lbs x 6 Reps
Set 3: 30 Lbs x 5 Reps

Incline Bench:
Set 1: 95 Lbs x 8 Reps
Set 2: 115 Lbs x 5 Reps
Set 3: 120 Lbs x 2 Reps

Underhand Pulldown:
Set 1: 80 Lbs x 10 Reps
Set 2: 100 Lbs x 6 Reps
Set 3: 110 Lbs x 5 Reps

Notes: Didn’t feel that great today and couldn’t put up weight I usually do. I plan to take a good day off tommorow and hit the gym hard wednesday.

Legs and Biceps

Legs:

Squats: 3×5

Set 1: 115 Lbs for 5 Reps

Set 2: 165 Lbs for 5 Reps

Set 3: 185 Lbs for 5 Reps

*New Personal Record*

I broke my 1RM Today for squats with a 200 lb squat. Previous 1RM was 155

Leg Extensions:

140 Lbs x 5 Reps

160 Lbs x 5 Reps

180 Lbs x 5 Reps

Biceps:

CG EZ Curls:

Set 1: 70 Lbs for 5 Reps

Set 2:  90 Lbs for 5 Reps

Set 3: 95 Lbs for 2 Reps

*Broke my Max today with a 95 Lb curl for 2 reps*

Preacher Curl:

Set 1: 80 Lbs x 5 Reps

Set 2: 90 Lbs x 5 Reps

Set 3: 100 Lbs x 5 Reps

Notes: Today was an excellent and tiring workout breaking 2 PR in one day is a great accomplishment for me.

Bent Over Rows:

Set 1: 95 Lbs x 5 Reps

Set 2: 115 Lbs x 5 Reps

Set 3: 125 Lbs x 5 Reps

Front Lat Pulldown:

Set 1: 120 Lbs x 5 Reps

Set 2: 140 Lbs x 5 Reps

Set 3: 160 Lbs x 5 Reps

Shoulders:

Military Press:

Set 1: 75 Lbs x 5 Reps

Set 2: 85 Lbs x 5 Reps

Set 3: 90 Lbs x 5 Reps

Traps:

Shrugs:

Set 1: 95 Lbs x 5 Reps

Set 2: 145 Lbs x 5 Reps

Set 3: 165 Lbs x 5 Reps

Notes: Overall felt good, took it easy on the shoulders today a little sore from yesterdays chest workout. But felt strong doing everything today.
