the best way to get that last bit of fat off your abs is cardio- the best being running... i know you've mentioned you want to increase your cardio to get lean... try doing 3-1 ratioed intervals... go 50-70% for 3 minutes &amp; then all out or at least 90% for 1 minute... or go 50-70% for 90 sec and all out for 30 sec.... you will never get bored with a cardio session if you do intervals... i usually do them for a duration of 20-40 minutes.

another suggestion if you want low impact is doing the same type of interval training on the elliptical machine, and including going forward and reverse directions to switch up the muscles used

also on a rest day, elliptical trainers are great because you can go at a moderate intensity for 60 minutes that will just work on losing fat while your muscles recover from intense lifting all week.

just some suggestions!! good luck :-)

Yeah he is right. About the not touching the simple carbs and rather sticking to the complex ones. And I forgot to mention about supliments, and that the yohimbine in any fatburner targets the abdominal receptors for fat loss and eca stack is good also, ive tried both these before.

I'm not sure if you're doing it or not but there are exercises that target the lower abs and love handles specifically that should help.

As far as the lower abs and "love handles" are concerned, when you start to lose fat on your abs, the fat does not get shed evenly. It starts at the top and works it's way down. So after you've made some decent progress, your abs will probably look worse than when you've started(!), as your upper section will have melted away, but your lower section still remains. FOR THE TIME BEING. Consider it the "dark night of the soul" so to speak. This is just a temporary, unsightly pain in the ass, but it is a sign that you are making progress. Just keep doing what you're doing and work through it and eventually "this too shall pass". I suggest Yohimburn ES (http://www.yohimburn.com/). It's a topical lotion that you apply to your abs/love handles prior to working out. I swear by the stuff, in addition, pop a yohimbe capsule or two (Action Labs Yohimbe Power Max 2000), the stuff helps target and dissolve abdominal fat*. And, when I'm cutting up, I put a neoprene belt over that as well--I'm telling you, that combo speeds the process along. Lastly, when you're cutting the carbs, do it whole hog, be really, really careful not to let any carbs slip into your diet--there are some sneaky little things that have carbs in them that you might not be catching. Just for laughs, check my progress photos in the next three months and you'll see my abs melting down from the top to the bottom, and, as I said, they'll look worse toward the bottom before they get better. It's part of the game, so just gut it out (no pun intended). Hope this was helpful.

*It also makes you more "virile", don't take my word for it, just try it and see. ;)

P.S. Have you tried the E/C/A stack? Ephedrine, aspirin, caffeine, That is by far the world's best fat burner.

• Vasopro
• Up your gas
• Bayer

And, as I mentioned earlier, action labs yohimbe.

P.P.S. When you DO have carbs, NO SIMPLE CARBOHYDRATES!!! No bread of any kind, no pasta and no white potatoes. Oatmeal (not instant), sweet potatoes and brown rice are best.
