BACK TO THE GYM!!!!!!
I initially planned on taking this whole week off from training. But I am going insane I just have to get in there! I have had over 5 days of rest. So tomorrow I am going in and seeing what my maxes are for bench, squat, deadlift, row, and overhead press. Everything has gone up from last time I know that for sure, except bench, def not as high as it used to be.
So I am going to set my maxes. Then next week start to break personal records, week by week by week!
I cant wait! This routine I have planned is going to work on the things i need to work on (chest and back width). And make everything else bigger
