					<description>Happy birthday! I'm sure that the week off will do you some good and as you say changing up your metabolism a bit doesn't hurt. I've found that often after a long period of training or dieting a week off allows me to come back stronger, and on occasion bigger, than before and primed for major gains. I hope that's the case for you too. 

Kidney pains? I'm not a doctor, but it might be time to cut back on the protein and maybe up your water intake too?
