Gonna do a 4 week “bulk”
well I have gotten myself down to the 8% bodyfat range. But I have been dieting forever and my body needs a break from it. So next week im gonna eat just for maintenance. And take the week off from training. I dont know if I can do it! I love being in the gym. This week ill let my body recover. After that I am going to test a diet idea that I came up with. If it works ill fill you guys in on it. Im going to be running some supps i havent tried. I dont know what I expect from this. Any gains would be sweet. Then after that I am going to cut down to 6%. I’m going to try to not gain any fat, and possibly lose some over my little bulk period.
I would also like to thank all of you who have said such nice things and that are supporting me. Thank you guys soooo much you have no idea how much it means to me!

Yeah, you can’t diet forever, and a little break will probably do you a lot of good - as long as you don’t go crazy. I’ll be curious to see how this new diet idea works for you!
