Another sucessful week!
Lost a pound and a half this week, down to 154.5 so pretty stoked about that. Body fat dropped 1.4%. And both the hips and waist went down. Friday was leg day, i ended my set with 300 lbs. About a month ago i did 10 reps, then the week after 8, then the week after a crappy 6. I asked for a guy to spot me, and said i would only get 5. I ended up doing 12 reps! That makes my max 432 pounds!!! To celebrate me and the lady went to my favorite Chinese buffet. First cheat meal in a month! any ways here is my weekly picture:

Today (monday) I upped my Astro-Phex doses from 2 a day to 4 a day. And started my LBA’s in place of shakes. Also sipping on them through out the day. This allowed me to bring my protein down to closer to 1.25g a day instead of 1.75 a day. Also allowed me to get my calories just where i want them. So I have a good feeling about this next weigh in.
