Monday, July 28th, 2008today i start cutting down again, i spent the past week getting my diet in order and my training routine for the next 8 - 12 weeks, im so excited i cant wait, i put on some good mass, but because of my diabetes i also put on some fat!
so i start MAN scorch today i just took it and can already feel it
i have a good feeling about cuttin down this time
