Lost a pound and a half this week, down to 154.5 so pretty stoked about that. Body fat dropped 1.4%. And both the hips and waist went down. Friday was leg day, i ended my set with 300 lbs. About a month ago i did 10 reps, then the week after 8, then the week after a crappy 6. I asked for a guy to spot me, and said i would only get 5. I ended up doing 12 reps! That makes my max 432 pounds!!! To celebrate me and the lady went to my favorite Chinese buffet. First cheat meal in a month! any ways here is my weekly picture:

Today (monday) I upped my Astro-Phex doses from 2 a day to 4 a day. And started my LBA’s in place of shakes. Also sipping on them through out the day. This allowed me to bring my protein down to closer to 1.25g a day instead of 1.75 a day. Also allowed me to get my calories just where i want them. So I have a good feeling about this next weigh in. Wish me luck!

This past sunday i weighed in, at 156 and checked my bodyfat and was down .7%! My waist went down over an inch and a half and my hips went down an inch. Here is my weekly picture:

Def made some changes from last week. Astro-Phex is working pretty good so far, don’t have any sides what so ever from it. If you take it like the box says, it will work. Next week i start LBA’s (liquid beef amino’s) again. I used them before and saw insane results, so i bought 6 bottles, which should last me about a month.
I am shootin for at least 155 this coming sunday. Set small goals, so when you surpass them, you feel more accomplished.
My diet is going real good as well. Eating very very clean. Im cycling my calories and carbs. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday I eat 12 x LBM in calories. 1g Carb/LBM and 1.5 g Protein/LBM and around 40 grams of fat a day all coming from nuts and eggs. Wednesday I eat as little carbs as I can. Around 75g protein stays around 1g/LBM and fat is just about the same as the other days. My calories are signifgantly lower, but its only for a short time. Friday and saturday are High days, i eat twice as many carbs on the low days and about 16 x LBM in calories.
Now off for an interview at a gym around here, hopefully i get the position!!!

Ok so my birthday is just about 13 weeks away. My goal is to be down to at least 10% bodyfat if not lower by then. I took my before picture today, not happy with it at all, I dont know why i let myself put the fat back on. I took all my measurements, i gained some size in muscle, but also on my waist.

Today I decided no more ****ing around. Get on a good diet program with a consistent training routine. I have heard a lot about scivation’s diets and routines and looked through them and they seem promising, though a little challenging. But if I want to get to where i want to be, then I have to man up and do it.
I hate veggies. Never eat them, in this diet veggies are a big part, so I am going to get them down anyway possible.
The supps I am going to be using are:
MHP Activite
BSN Astro-phex (2 pills a day for 49 days, then 4 a day for 25 day)
Scivation Xtend
Dymatize WPI
Primaforce Max CLA
Fish Oil
ON Melatonin
L-Glutamine Powder
And Scivation Vasocharge or dymatize Xpand i have a tub of each.
Well wish me luck, every week im going to post a picture and my comments of how the diet is going.
Wish me luck!

I have been doing research like crazy but i cannot seem to find the answer for my question.
Insulin is a storage hormone, so if insulin is not present, is it possible for carbs to be stored as fat?
I ask this because i am type 1 diabetic, and i am cutting down, so my carbs are lower and i have been having some low sugars before bed, so i have to eat carbs before bed to bring it back up, and i dont want them to be stored as fat!
if you can help me out it would be much appreciated!
thanks
steven

wow
this stuff is amazing, today was my second day using it
and strength gains wow
im just starting out so my bench isnt up there yet
but after my warm up i tried 180
couldnt do it
i dropped it down to 160
and worked my way back up
and i did 180 for 2 sets of three reps
i talked to the maker on the phone for a good 30 mins
gave me a lot of good info
he said after 2 - 4 weeks you will see big strength gains and size
and after my second time taking it my strength is going up
with con-cret there is no loading and no side effects
just pure creatine
monohydrate and ester ethyl dont disolve in water so most of it gets wasted and thats why people have terrible shits
this stuff u can see it dissolve
and the other good thing about it
"micro-loading"
only 1/4 teaspoon per 100lbs of body weight
go to con-cret.com for a free 2 week sample
i dont think ill ever use NO Xplode again!
