Jogging
So I started Jogging today, yea. Im not a fan of running, never much cared too much for it. But, I cant seem to lose any damn weight, lol. I've been cutting fat but there is no way in hell that I am gonna be able to keep it up without some cardio. I think I am gonna change my target weight to 200lbs, at the rate I'm going now if I can get to 200 I should be around 12% body fat. If I can somehow do this I would be tickled pink.
Ive been cheating on my diet a little but I'm back to eating tuna, bananas and oatmeal. Hopefully the jogging will pay off and help me cut the gut fat. I'm seeing pretty good definition in my abdominal area, compared to what I started with. My triceps are huge, shoulders are coming along nicely, my biceps need more definition and my quads are growing in leaps and bounds. I hope to cut some fat in my groin/quad area as well, I don't want to turn it all into muscle, lol.
