I ran a few miles today (it was -3 out and my muscles were NOT happy) and lifted for upper body. Im working on getting better with diet since that’s the only thing holding me back and always has been. I hope to post pics soon and can’t wait until I actually CAN!!! (stupid camera that’s not agreeing with my laptop >.<)

For the past 3 weeks, i’ve been off and on sick, not really caring about anything, been busy as all hell when i was healthy and then the cold season got me when the immune system was down from running around being busy! ahh! It sucks, but thank goodness I lost a little during all that. I just want to get back to working out. So, Friday.. i don’t care if i’m coughing my lungs out.. i’m gonna do SOMETHING..
Btw.. wish me like.. my wisdon teeth are impacting and bottom leftis already through and hurts like HELLL!!!!!! i can’t get them out until spring break.. I don’t know what to do.. it hurts so bad and noone can take off of work to take me to get them ripped out!!! uhhh… lame.

For the past week I have been out of the gym and sicker than a dog with strep throat (or a mild enough case of it that my body was strong enough to fight it off naturally, but still, it sucked). Anyway, tomorrow I will be back at 100% without a sore throat or funy white specks on my tonsils. So i’m ecited to get back to focusing on eating (with i didn’t do a whole lot of) and exercising (which consisted of stairs from one class to another and transfering couches to bed).
Still same weight (THANK GOD, especially after what made me sick). Before I got sick, I went to my school’s football game (screaming=not good), then saturday night I went to the broadway musical production of Mama Mia. That started a chain reaction on Sunday which made me MISERABLE on monday. So A) glad I didn’t gain weight from the night out with my parents B) glad to be back from sickness and ready to loose again ^_^

Yesterday, I was dropped off at the YMCA for 2 hours. Starting out, I did 25 minutes on the treadmill (various speeds and elevations)= 2.5 miles. The I did 30 minutes on the elliptical (i don’t know the distance. all i know what that my shirt was soaked by now.. gross, right?).
After that, it was rotation day for legs. I did about 20-25 minutes of strength training on my legs. Well, after that, I figured I had about 20 more minutes until I was going to be picked up again, so I decided for the hell of it to time my mile. I am used to getting over 10 minutes on the mile run, so i just lightly jogged the first 11 laps of the YMCA track gym. I was halfway done at 4 minutes. That is a record for me. I went a little faster till I got REALLY tired around lap 19. I walked 19 and 20 then jogged 2 more and full speed RAN the last one. I made it in 8:43ish. THAT IS A RECORD FOR ME!!! i was so excited.. but after all that, I basically stretched out, then crashed in a chair till my ride came.

Alright.. Starting out, I weighed 188.6lbs according to the doctor (who is not my best friend right now for telling me that I’m shorter than I thought). So, weighing myself a week and a half later (after starting to diet more and work out daily), I got to 184.6.
Last night I did 35 minutes on an elliptical, 25 on a stationary bike and about 15 on the treadmill.. Then after that at the YMCA, I went home and worked on my arms.
Sadly, I can’t go to the gym tonight (that’s tomorrow). Instead I’ll do about an hour on the stationary bike and do some ab work.
