well this is my first bodyblog. i figure id write out my new goals and training in it, after hitting a alltime high weight of 248 nekked and injuring my rotator cuff, straining my hip flexor, begining semi pro football, and possibly breaking my pinky ive decided to cut back more and do cardio.
right now im doing what my body can handle which is a full body circuit(giant set) consisting of 3-5 sets a workout to get the blood flowing combined with 20-30minutes of intreval cardio training 3 times a week, along with that i have football practice and scrimmages 3 days a week so its a solid 6 days of cardio and working out.
not sure how lond the football will last. taking too big of a toll on my already beat up body.
