New wind!!

I finally got my motivation back and have an awesome coach that I’m working with (Erik Ledin of Leanbodiesconsulting) and I feel like I’m on the right track.  I had my metabolism so screwed up that it didn’t matter what I did-NOTHING would budge.  Now that I’m working with Erik, I get to eat a ton of yummy foods, and I love my training and cardio routine.  I have lost 4 pounds in the first week (I know-some is water) and will weigh again this Sun.  I feel so good!  I have some major goals for this season, and I WILL accomplish all of them!

I’ve been a member here for a while, and this is my first blog.  I actuall over came my fear of competing in ‘08 and actually did very well.  I am so hooked!  I learned so much and I am preparing for 2 major shows this June.  I am trying to maintain the muscle I have but not add size.  Also, I’m starting to lean out now because it takes me so long.  I want to bring my best package to the stage this year, and starting now will ensure that I’m ready.  I’m not lifting my max weights in the gym now, but still pushing myself.  We’ll see…………
