I’ve been amping up the cardio in order to lean out a bit, and have altered my diet to help with the process.  Cardio is not my friend…if only it wasn’t necessary?  I’ve found out that the best way for me to complete this is to take my runs outside.  A change of scenery is the way to beat the monotony of the treadmill.  Keep your fingers crossed for me.

Motivation.

Progress is a great thing.  At long last I’m back to where I want to be, hitting the gym on a regular basis.  And I’m reaping the rewards of my hard work.  Blasting out weight that I haven’t been able to lift in a while is fueling me to press on.
