progress.

I’ve been amping up the cardio in order to lean out a bit, and have altered my diet to help with the process.  Cardio is not my friend…if only it wasn’t necessary?  I’ve found out that the best way for me to complete this is to take my runs outside.  A change of scenery is the way to beat the monotony of the treadmill.  Keep your fingers crossed for me.

    I try to vary weekly by having a day where I switch between songs doing weights and jogging in place or something. So for a typical three minute song I’ll jog and then the next song I’ll do an endurance weight with biceps. But I still would rather not.
