I survived!
Saturday, April 19th, 2008I survived my first full week of weight lifting that is. I weighed in at weight watchers Friday morning this week. To my surprise I stayed the same. I thought I was going to drop at least a pound. I mean meals were HEALTHY…gggrrrrrr…. I’m hoping in the next few weeks my body will get use to weight lifting and the pounds will fall off.
