I survived my first full week of weight lifting that is. I weighed in at weight watchers Friday morning this week. To my surprise I stayed the same. I thought I was going to drop at least a pound. I mean meals were HEALTHY…gggrrrrrr…. I’m hoping in the next few weeks my body will get use to weight lifting and the pounds will fall off. Well, Thanks for listening to my rant, Whitney

Today was my 1st weight lifting session I’ve done in YEARS. Amazingly enough I felt amazing when I left the gym. I did not push myself as hard as I think I should have but I felt the need to just get back into the swing of things. I plan on going lifting some more the rest of the week. Hopefully I won’t be too sore tomorrow.

So the past couple of weeks I’ve been losing motivation to move forward with my weight loss. Today, I discovered the BodySpace pages on bodybuilding.com. I fell in LOVE with the site. I have joined sites in the past to track my progress but none of them compares with this one. I love the fact that you can talk to people online who have the same goals in mind. Thank you bodybuilding.com for helping me stay motivated!
