					<description>that's the way to go having a &amp;amp;#34;eating plan&amp;amp;#34; I too have a &amp;amp;#34;eating plan&amp;amp;#34; that I mostly stick to (well there are a few days off I give myself here and there : ) fish, oatmeal, apples, salad, sweet potatoes, rice my main staples : ) I don't really &amp;amp;#34;diet&amp;amp;#34; don't eat less, eat til I'm full of the items listed......usually bowl of ice cream, or a candy bar in the day to. I find I keep making a effort don't give up the lbs they do have been going bye bye : ) Wishing you a fit week!</description>
