Slow and Steady
I have not posted for awhile and hontestly since my last post I have had some missteps. But for the last 8 weeks I have been pretty consistent with my workouts and pretty good with my eating. I feel better and that is important.I do have goals and I know I will reach them.At first I would impose strict deadlines on my progress then I ask myself …"why" and for the life of me I really could not come up with a good answer. So I have decided "slow and steady" I will reach my goals. This seems to work for me. I do not whine , I do not complain , I just put in the work . And I have also learned to like me just the way I am now…not just how I will be ..even though I know that will be pretty terricfic too…:)
