    that’s the way to go having a "eating plan" I too have a "eating plan" that I mostly stick to (well there are a few days off I give myself here and there : ) fish, oatmeal, apples, salad, sweet potatoes, rice my main staples : ) I don’t really "diet" don’t eat less, eat til I’m full of the items listed……usually bowl of ice cream, or a candy bar in the day to. I find I keep making a effort don’t give up the lbs they do have been going bye bye : ) Wishing you a fit week!
