Hey all Im looking for help in the energy department. I need something to keep me fired up in the morning when I hit the gym. I was taking NO Explode, but it seems Ive gotten a tolerance for it. Any advice or ideas. Gotta get the fire burnin again!!

i drink 2 cans of diet red bull on an empty stomach pre-workout, its awsome! I think its the caffine and taurine!

You can cycle off the supplement for a week and start back up again. How is your nutrition in regards to energy? Are your fats and carbs too low?

I know this is late but I just started using Jet Fuel by German American Labs.. I love it. To me its compareable to the original Hydroxycut. Within 15 mins I can feel the energy rush.

I’d look at your morning nutrition to make sure you’re getting complex carbs with your proteins. Instead of amping up on lots of caffeine (a little coffee is fine) which is a diuretic - muscles need lots of water - look to your basic energy supply.

psbigjoey has the right (and really good) idea about your food in-take. Supplement routine, my hubby uses 2 items that we get from BB.com. 1st Mass (amino acid) from Beverly International and 2nd Shock Therapy from Universal Nutrition. These seem to help him.
