need opinions once again–so i’m back for the holidays at the parents and dont have a membership anywhere and dont wanna spend an ungodly amount of money just for a week. so I’ve been runnin along a ditch for about 5 miles a day and if i’m not doing that then i’ll run pretty fast to a park and do pull ups/push ups/abs/ shadow box and maybe throw a dead tree around to keep the heart rate up. If you have any other ideas on how to train hard around the town i need some new ideas!! thanks again

i have a fight comin up in late feb. and i’m undecided whether to drop 15lbs and fighting in the 155lb weight class. I’ve already pushed by body pretty far i was sittin at 203 in sept. and dropped 30lbs to fight as a welter weight in november. i’ve had one fight as 170 and being 6 foot i’m taller than the average 170lb-er and my ground game is excellent being long and lean plus at this weight i’m still able to keep alot of lean muscle. But dropping down to 155 i’d def. have the edge in stand up because of my reach, but i’d be so much weaker, and if i get matched up with a short explosive fighter with a wrestling back ground i might just get thrown around. help me OUT! haha.
