Depending on what kind of diet you have been on your body may be craving sweets or higher glycemic carbs.
I eat between 5 to 6 small high protein, low glycemic and low bad fats meals per day and by about the seventh day (which is my "cheat" day) I am craving some kind of sweets. Luckily my nutrition program has a cheat day built in to it once a week so i can satisfy my cravings without ruining my diet.
It is really hard to define what it might be without knowing what you have been eating etc.
Good luck.

Carl -

One day at a time, my friend. Coping with a slowly emerging career and thoughts of loved ones is hard. If anyone can do it, it has to be you.

Don;t take off any days...Not when you are feeling a funk coming on - Keep going, even if it is on your off day -- Just do something - anything - it will help remind you of why you go to workout, and why you won;t repear the mistakes of the past.

Straight leg deads do in fact work both your lower back and your legs. I prefer to do them on leg day. If I hold the weight away from my body just a bit more and put a bit more weight on my toes (forcing me to flex my legs to keep balance) I find its a killer workout! I love em now!

To find your true BF% Your either going to have to get calipers or one of those digital readers that sends the pulse through your body. Go to a local gym and see if one of the trainers will measure it for you. I dont imagine they would charge much.

Congratulations on noticing the tire ruts. I find it's always good to change my work out routine every 4 to 6 weeks. Sometimes small changes other large.

Sometimes i overthink the supplements looking forthe magic pill. Trying to keep it simple with a mutlivitamin, protien drink and clean eating.

Thanks for sharing !!!
