Tracking progress
Sometime as i work out i dont think i am making any progress. I push and push but seem to be stuck in my routine. Today for instance. It was cardio day. Usally i walk/run on the treadmill. Now it is a home version so you set the angle/incline you want before you start and that is where it stays during the entire. All you can change is speed.(It was given to me free of charge so i am not complaining) I usally set it for the most incline possable and get after it. My goal is 3 mile in under 30 mintues. (Marine Corps PFT standards). Usally i get about right at 2 miles in 30 mintues with incline. Today i went with no incline and did 2.57 miles in 27.33 mintues. Close but no cigar as the saying goes but it did let me know that all the sweat and pain is working.
Rember where you atarted and where you are now to measure your sucsess. BUT always keep pushing foward for more and better results.
