The Legs
Today was leg day. As i have eluded in and earlier post i have slowed down to concentrate on my form better. The work outs are 5×5 with a decent weight. However slowing down on the reps and concetrating on the form puts alot more strain on the muscle group you are using. At one point during squats on my fourth set and 3rd rep i almost lost control. My thighs got real weak and came close to failure at the mid way up point. Just goes to show that it works.
