Doubleing up
Today i am going to double up on my workout. Since i am doing alot of traveling for my work, i dont always get to workout in my routine. So today i am doing, cheast and tris, then legs. Both will be a 5×5 routine but i am gonna change it fom 2 min. rest period to a 1.5 min rest.
I will be using my new supplement Torrent from Unversial today.
Also gonna get a little more serious about stats and the amount i am eating at meals.
