Frustraded

Not sure what the deal is but tonights work out just sucked. Been haveing problems benching and its not getting better. Not really sure what i am doing wrong. I have tried lifting heavy with low reps. I have tried pyrmids. I have tried 6,8,10 sets. Dont have the money for a trainer or gym membership, so i work out in the garage.

I have a decent set of weights, dumbels from 8lbs to 55lbs, and a rack that has weight up to 305 with bench. My work keeps me going back and for between Mcallen,Victoria and Houstan. I am usally home form Friday to Sunday, so that gives me three days with my weights.

Well anyways i am done bitching. Have to solve the problem and move forward.

Cardio day

Nothing to exciting just gonna do some bag work and tread mill today. The bag work hellps with the cardio but also with the abs. If you are working the bag right you have to tigten up your abs before you hit the bag. This is easier said then done for begegners, there is alot going on all at once. You have to controll your breathing, timing, power, and speed. All of this needs to be done while remaining loose and relaxed.  

Breakfast   3 eggs,large glass 2% milk

after workout meal  1 can tuna,mustard,very little mayo,and sweet relish

Slight twinge

Wednesday, August 26th, 2009

in my lower back on my last 2 reps of stiff leg dead lift today. Nothing major i dont think. Stopped me from doing crunchs as a warm down. I have always sucked at crunches anyway. LOL

Breakfast was 4 scrambled egg and a large glass of 2% milk

after workout meal will be i can tuna, with a little mustard,very little mayonese,sweet relish, with a hand full of whole grain wheat thins, and large glass of 2% milk

Change Up

Monday, August 24th, 2009

Not sure what i would call it other than that. My new routine is going to be medium weight one week and the heavy the next week. A little hard keeping on a training scheduled. No money for a membership at a gym, not to mention that i listen to my music loud and walk around in a trance almost. My job has me going between Mcallen, Houstan Texas. However that usally leaves me Friday,Saturday, and Sunday to work out.

Anyway not sure if the alternating thing is a good or bad i dea but and idea just the same. Well time to get at it.
