That tenderness…

how i really like that feeling. That one were there is just enough pain to make it pleasure. When you move a certain way and there is that twinge in the muscle you worked that day. Its the feeling thaqt makes me want to work out again. Twice a day, or even maybe three times a day. I know that my body needs rest but its almost like a drug i want more and more. 

Dinner for me tonight will be baked orange roughy, couscous, and brocklia.   Have a good evening all.

Reasons or EXCUSES….

we tell our self that the REASON we are’nt working out is? Working to much? No money for gym membership? Ran out of supplements? On the road to much? Not eating right? Tiried? Stressed out? But you know what?  THEY ARE ALL EXCUSES!!!!!!!! And yes weather we want to admit it we all have used them at one time or another. As of late mine as been the one of being on the road to much and lack of money. Starting a new company in theses times leaves little money to do anything. Alot of stress, questions, and problem solving. It seems as soon as i solve one issue another shows up.With all this going on i forgot one very, very important thing……………Working out is one of the best stress releivers there is. After a work out i can think more clearly. I feel better and have more energy.

What is your reason or EXCUSE for not doing what is best for you?
