Monday, May 4th, 2009"If it moves it’s a rep". Well if that is the case then i squated 225lbs for six reps. Not Lee Preist style , heels to ass but i did squat close to paralell. Free standing i might add, not a smith machine or any other stablizing device. Now i dont know if that is good or average or below, but its the best i have done cince i started keeping track of my workouts.
I am in my third week of this routine and it seems to be working out good for me. I have slacked off on my cardio a little bit. Starting to feel to much like a gerbal on the tread meal. Once i get a little money back into the back i will change up my cardio by running at the beach, statedium stairs, and some MMA work outs when i can afford lessons again.
