I Don’t Understand….
Wednesday, April 29th, 2009how it works. While i am doing stiff leg dead lifts i am working my hamstrings. During the excirse it seems that i am working more of my back at the time. HOWEVER on the second and third day after the work out i can feel it in my hamstrings big time. Why and how i wonder. : ) feels greatyone reads this can you tell me the BEST way to find out my true % of fat to lean mass muscle? Thanks and have a great work out.
