Flirting with Disaster

Came damn close to a hernia last night during squats or atleast i think i did. In the middle of my set i felt a burning sensation in the lower ab wall just about mid way between the pubic hair line and the belt line. It felt about the size of of an eraser head. I was able to finish my set and work out but i think i am gonna drop down in some weight on the bar for the next time i do squats. Just starting to feel good and dont want to mess up. 

 For dinner last night i simmered shrimp with garlic, onions, mushrooms,lemmon pepper and sea salt in olive oil, steak medium rare marinatede in whorster sauce, then added green beans and a large glass of milk : )

Time to go and work bi’s and back today. Have a great day all.
