Dinner tonight…..
Friday, February 20th, 2009On the menu tonight was porkchops with garlic,lemon pepper, sea salt, seared in a little olive oil, next was whole wheat coucous with curry,garlic and pepper, and for greens we went peas.
Also i am getting ready to change up my routine. Getting ready to head over to Chatanooga,Tenn. for a couple of weeks, so i am gonna see if i can get a temp at a gym and swith to drop sets for a couple. Still just the bascis but take all to failure for a few weeks. Also will step up cardio. Found a spot that is close to what i used to do when i lived in Calif. It was called "Thousand steps" in Laguna Beach. I use to do 10 sets, down and up equaled 448 steps. Usally took me about 45 mintues or less. Well in Chatanooga i found a spot (sister lives there) that is simalar off of Lookoout Moutain. I am going there for a convention and will stay there for a couple of weeks. I shall leave on Sunday. I am looking forward to it. Have a good night all.
