Dinner tonight…..

On the menu tonight was porkchops with garlic,lemon pepper, sea salt, seared in a little olive oil, next was whole wheat  coucous with curry,garlic and pepper, and for greens we went peas.

 Also i am getting ready to change up my routine.  Getting ready to head over to Chatanooga,Tenn. for a couple of weeks, so i am gonna see if i can get a temp at a gym and swith to drop sets for a couple. Still just the bascis but take all to failure for a few weeks. Also will step up cardio. Found a spot that is close to what i used to do when i lived in Calif. It was called "Thousand steps" in Laguna Beach. I use to do 10 sets, down and up equaled 448 steps. Usally took me about 45 mintues or less. Well in Chatanooga i found a spot (sister lives there) that is simalar off of Lookoout Moutain. I am going there for a convention and will stay there for a couple of weeks. I shall leave on Sunday. I am looking forward to it.  Have a good night all.

Why is it that when i am sick i crave fat salty food? I am still taking my protien drink and trying to stay heathy but yet i eat fatty, salty food whay i am sick and i dont know why. Do you? If so please enlighten me, so that i may find away around it. Also… does drinking green tea (for antioxadents) with pomagranite help? Thank you and have a great day.

Yeasterday was a day off from weights but not work and it kicked my ass. Not sure if any of you that read this have horses or know about them but i am a farrier. Well yeasterday i fought a horse for 4 hours to but shoes on.Got all but the left rear.Then after fighting it i had 3 more after him.When i was done to say the least i was wrecked.I thought it was just from the day but i was wrong.I woke up this morning extremly sore and stiff, again i put it down to yeasterday. I drank my protien drink and headed for my work out.Thinking that once i got moving i would warm up and be good to go.Survey saysssssssssssssssssssss neeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Was strugling with biceps and telling myself not to be a litte whiney b#$%h. Ummmmmmmmm that didnt work out to go.While i finished my biceps, i had absolelutly no energer to contiune. I am guessing it is the flu was over at a friend the other day and they were sick.So now its time to go curl up and recoup Have a good day everybody.

The Brain…Now some people might argue with me that mine is not there, but i ignore them. : ) Todays workout was kinda odd But yet i made it thru. Today was chest and triceps. I do alot of thinking during my workout. Today i relized how much an impact music has on my workout. First set was good, a good rock/hard rock song was on.Felt strong and aggrisive, then on my next set the radio played a song that wasnt bad but no intensety. I didnt complete my set, it just wasnt there. Yet as i thought and listened to myself run things thru my head i noticed that as the music changed on the radio so did my tempo,mood and aggisiveness. Now i knew music had this affect on the body and brain but today i guess i just relized how much. The louder and heaver the music, the better my workout. Now being that i am back to working out in my garage loud and heavy is no problem but in the public gym it can not always be that way. It funny when things will finally sink in on a person.
