BACK AT IT

Tommorrow morning i am going to get back to the upper body work out. I took about 2 weeks off after my last shoulder work out. Woke up in the morning and my shoulder joint was in pain. I am sure it was a collective damage thing. But its time to do light light muscle work out and get back into the grove. Thanks for those of you who expressed concern.

I havnt really been eating right, kinda got into a funk for some reason and feel off the clean eating wagon : (  And i can tell. So i am putting out my thumb and and i am gonna hitch a ride on ther one thats coming around as i write this post. Its good to see those freindly happy smiling faces LOL

Well i guess i better get back to work or find a new job hmmmmm what to do….. Haver a great day all  : )

SHOULDER DAMAGED

I guess i did more damage to my shoulder than i thought. It has been a week since i felt the pain in it after a work out. I thought it might be just a little over worked but i am bebinng to think it may be more. I can fell it in the joint not the muscle. Might just have to head to the doc and have it looked at. But they will tell me to rest it and that will be about it. : ) LOL Knowledge i already have. It pisses me off cause i was doing so good in my training. Now i got to nurse a shoulder which limits my abilty to get a GOOD work out. Oh well it could be worse. Have a great day all : )

Messed up my shoulder the other day working out. Not to bad but am gonna take a couple of days off just to make sure it heals. Was doing clean and press, all felt great and the later that night i felt the pain set in the joint. Oh well such is life. Looks like i am going to China next month. A buddy of mine is over there and said if i make it there i got a place to crash. Went to Hong Kong when i was in the Corps, but that was a long time ago and i think i will better apprecitate the culture. And i need a breack. Have a great day all : )

Todays workout is to be the back. I have been doing good on all of my workouts. I might be overtraining a little bit tho. Back has been sore for a little while now. Could be stress, supplements, bed, not really sure but do need to figurer it out. Any suggestions? Legs are tender from yeasterdays workout : )  well have a great day all.

SHOULDERS

Hello everybody on the bb.com. Did a killer work out on the shoulders, clean and press, front shoulders lifts, seated rear delt raise, and side raises, i could feel the pain set in before i left the gym : ) It was my weekend off from work but i really didnt do that much. Went to a wedding on saturday and had a few drinks,felt like  —- the next day. Then i tore out my neices floor at  her house and resubed floored it. What a mess. And : ) before the day was thru her husband and i riped out a wall, much to her suprise : ) LOL. Gla di have 18 years construction knowledge. I think that is what kept her from blowing a gasket. Hope all is good with everybody. Have a great day

TORTURE

Thats what i have in mind for my work out. I am gonna do drop sets on my back. And then tomorrow when i wake up and cant move, i will drive over to San Antonio and check out the bodybuilding show they have going on at the EXPO. Dont know how big a show it is but ill check it out anyways. Never been to one. Any ways yall have a good day and weekend : )

"Stupid white boy thought he was Hurclues" Went to the gym feeling good yeasterday. Ate good, had my SP250, took my SizeOn with me : ) (Gasapri products) I Was JACKED BABY. It was arm day. And let me tell you it was a good workout. I blasted the bis, i curled and curled untill i almost hurled. Went to pick up my towel and i couldnt get my arm straight. So i move on over to the other side of my arm and start ripping off the tricep excersises. Getting PUMPED. After tris i went on to forearms, did a few foremarm curls and then went to farmer walks. It felt GREAT. Was in the mist of doing my cardio and went to reach for my towel and my arms didnt work : ) LOL Oh no not good. As i left the gym it dawned on me that if they were that weak right after the work out then what would they be like today? Hence the headline. LOL i love it.   Have a great day all : )
