Ok ok enough with the laughing people : ) I was reading MuscleMag today and read where one bodybuilder doesnt really keep track of his workouts. Or the same routine again. He knows what he is going to work on that day but doesnt have a certain work out planned. It kinda made sense to me. They always tell you to keep changing up your routine every few weeks. Hmmmm me need to ponder this longer : ) LOL Today is arm day. I am looking fowards to it : ) Have a great day all

And no i dont mean the Tom Hanks movie. I could not sleep last night for nothing. Yeasterdays work out went great. Blasted the shoulders, did my abs, with 30 mintues of cardio. I head to the casa, get me some healthy grub, drink some milk, and take a shower. When i get done i decide to watch the idiot box for a few mintues. As i am sitting there it dawns on me i am tired. So i head off to the rack, take my vitiams and 2 meltonen pills. Now at this point i am thinking i am about to drift off into never never land. SURVEY says….NOPE, my body is whoped but the brain wont shut down, i drift in and out of sleep. My brain just wouldnt shut off. I drank milk, took another meltonen, lol i even tried counting sheep. I just couldnt get that deep sleep. WTF. And of course work called right at 2am and here i am. Oh well i shall live. Maybe i will get better sleep tonight. Have a great day all : )

I went to the gym after work and felt great. It was leg day and i was anxious to get there and get to it : ) Now i have been off for a couple of weeks mainly due to stupidty. but thats a diffrent story. I went into the gym and hit it hatrd, leg extensions 4 sets, leg curls 4 sets, calf raises 4 sets, and of course squats, yep you got it 4 sets : ) YEEEEEEEEEEHAAAAAAAA. Now i hit the cardio 2.5 mile at a 6% grade between 4 mph and 6 mph, with a sprint or two at 7.5 mph. I get done and the sweat is pouring down, i feel great ,damn good work out. I drink my protien afterwards and head off to the shower. Eat dinner and nite nite time. THEN i wake up this morning and my legs are twitching, i got to get out of bed and the legs said "Bullshit"!!! I finally get up on wobbly legs and get to moving. As i sit here at work, the legs are a twitching and jerking. : ) God i love it. Soooooo i think i will attack my shoulders today. See if i can make them cry : ) LOL Have a great day all : )

Morning all, nothing speical going on today. Last nights dinner was leftoveres from the night before. I am looking foward to the gym today cause its legs today : ) Yeasterday was my day off, so all i did was cardio and situp. I am usine Gaspari Plasmajet, SizeOn and SP250. It seems to be working good for me. Hope all are having a good day : )

Yeasterday marked my first day at a new gym, i must admit i enjoyed it. I was at the garage working out before and was getting a good workout, but after yeasterday at the gym……holy crap. Big,big diffrence. The gym is called FLEX and it goes back more to the basics. No frilly stuff, there are free weights,weight machines, and of course there are the cardio machines. Now when i say no frills dont get me wrong it is a nice gym. Its clean, neat, doesnt stink, but yet it has a rougher feel to it. Havnt seen anyone parading around trying to look cool or impress everybody. People who go in there are there to work out not socialize. But all are friendly. Worked my back yeasterday and it is tender, that type of tender that makes you smile. Today will be a cardio day. For last nights dinner i stir fried shrimp,mushrooms,oinions in a little olive oil and garlic, tossed it with some bowtie pasta(wheat). Have a great day all : )

Forgive me father for i have SINNED. It has been months cince my last conffession. I ate at WhataBurger today. It was good, i had 4 justa burgers, fries and a SMALL diet coke (ok ok so it wasnt diet and it wasnt a small but it was a coke). I feel guilty, i fell off the wagon. What is my pentence?

Hello all and how have we been? Me you ask? Well i anit dead yet. : ) But i am sure there are a few out there that would like me to be : ) LOL I decided to go and join a gym again. I am always leary of them for the simply fact that they want your bank info to take dues straight out of your account and it takes an act of congress to get it stoped if you quit the gym.
The other morning i woke up and felt good, then about 5 mintues after i got out of bed my neck stoped moving. Not really sure what i did or even how i did it but it was JACKED up big time. Been nursing it for about 4 days now. I use to think whiplash was a lie but not now. I couldnt move my head to the left with out that pain running into my brain like a spike. It has finally calmed down . It dawned on me that i hadnt worked out in about a week before(i had a stupid attack) it happened. Then the other day i had to move a bunch of 50lb sacks at work and my neck seemed to feel better after that……….. hmmmmmmmmmm my conclusion….. yep you got it. get my DUMBASS back to working out again.
