Hello all, havnt done to much the past few days, sick with a sinus thing that seems to be going around. Feeling better now tho, am ready to get back to traing. The Gasapari product i am using are working great. I do recomend them not that i am a pro or anything but as a person like must of us are…. the products work . Have a good one all

Yeasterday was good ole leg day. I got off of work at the same time but got cought up in some normal everyday BS and didnt get to my work out till about 2 hrs late. Now i am a little stressed. I got a certain amount of time off from work(i work 12 hour shifts),in that time i need to work out ,eat, socialize with friends and family and get enought sleep too!. I NEED MY WORK OUT TIME!!! WOW remember when 24 hrs seemed to be long LOL. Anyways back to my work out. The point of my little rant is simply, after i calmed down a little bit and got into my work out, i thought about it and just intensesafied it by shorter rest peiorards and relaxed about it. I had a GREAT work out in the end. A little less sleep then normal but today is my day off, plus i am going on my 4 days off. Have a Great day all

My new stack seems to be working good. Yeasterday was clean and press day. I shortened the sets (instead of 6 to get the reps it was 4) and increased the reps per set. All in the same amount of time. A persnol best. I am fairly sore today but again it the good sore you want to feal. Lower back seems a little more tender than usale, i am sure that i did a couple of reps wrong at the end. Will have to be more carfull, i dont want to lose what i have gained because of stupidty. My cardio was better as well 20lbs. in the pack and 4 miles in 54 mintues. Thats a minute less than a couple of weeks ago. Have a great day all

Yeasterday was a decent work out. My roomate and friends were working in the garage on a truck so i couldnt fully concentrate on my work out. Maybe thats y working out in a garage for me has always been better. No distraction, i can concetrate better and truly focas on working out. Other thing were also on my mind. I think today i will try and clear my head, find away to refocas. Today is back day.

For some reason i am all caged up today it seems. I mean it just feels that way. Like an animal at the zoo. I keep paceing around, constenly. Why? I cant wait to get to the weights. I really need a good work out today. Arms today.

Yeasterday was my chest day. As far as the weight traing went i had another good workout,felt strong all thru my lifts. I may have found a good stack for me, need more time to find out tho, its only been 2 days on it. The struggle came in my cardio work out. I went on my normal cardio walk (4 miles/20lbs in the pack). It was a struggle this time tho. Not sure if it has to do with the new stack or weather or i just had a bad cardio day. I paused about 4 or 5 times on my walk to adjust my pack and streach my legs. Now when i say pause thats what i mean, not more than 15 seconds at maxs and then away i went. Never felt the need to do it before tho. The weather was about 90 degrees and a hot breeze (u know like a blow dryer). The new stack has cretine in it and somewhere in the back of my head i remember something about heat and cretine, not sure tho. Or maybe i am just getting bored with the walk, my body is say (HELLO try something else).
Today is my day off and i will be riding my horse Yodie. Wish i could get those pictures up. Anyways have a great day all.

I started a new stack yeasterday. I took some before pictures, but cant seem to get them uploaded. The Stack is Gaspari PlasmaJet, SizeOn, SP250, and will be adding Novedex i hope on Friday(sorry bb.com but you didnt carry plasmajet, Why not?) The first work out went well. I felt strong all thru the sets
4 sets x 15 reps Squats
4 sets x 15 reps leg exttentions
4 sets x 15 reps leg curls in 30 mintues
4 mile/20lb in pack walk 1hr 2 mins
Today will be chest day, be doing the basics flat and decline
Now if i can figure out how to upload the pictures……………

Dinner last night was again simple. I like simple stuff. Last night was grilled salmon,with garlic, oregno, pepper, with a little lemon. Green beans, brown rice and a tall glass of cold milk. Todays work out was good. I did clean and pressess, didnt add any more weight but intensefied it buy doing more reps and in less time. And of course i did the weighted walk. I am thinking about changing back to my heavy bag for a bit, i felt a twinge in the knee today. Nothing severe (as far as i know). But i think if i put say 10lbs in my pack and then work the heavy bag i should get a good cardio work out…. Have a good one all
