Coming up on my days off. : ) I am ready for them. Yeasterday was chestday and i had a littlbit of a struggle but still finished strong. The walk was more diffcult for some reason, i had to keep fighting my head at the end. Legs were pumping and the brain said "Hey arnt you guys tired, slow down its ok" but the heart jumped in on the conversation and told the brain to piss off. Today is my day off and i am gonna go and ride my horse tonight. Have a good one

Yep that when you do you leg work out and the try and walk up a couple of stairs when you are done and you legs simply tell your brain…."Ummmm are you crazy?" and then they give out and you slowly fall to the floor. Me i sit there and laugh cause it feels funny, untill later that night when you get up and then that cramp that lock you leg up. And then your legs say "Ok funny boy you anit laughing now" God i love working out. Today will be my chest day. Hmmmmmmmmmm i wonder what kinda tourtue i can come up with today : ) Have a good one all

Not making a plug or anthing but if you want a goodfrozen dinner…….KASHI is the good stuff. Not only is it good for you it also taste outstanding. Not like the stuff of olden days. WOW another one i have foyund was Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers, but the KASHI is far better in my opion.

Now i dont know if anyone else has this problem or not (i am sure i m not alone) but when it comes to my day off…..its hard. I go to work and have a good day there and think about when i get off and can work out, the type of work out and how it will feel. Then i relize that is a day off from working out and its like….turns the day to shit. Dont get me wrong i live thru it and after i get my mind in the mode of day off its ok(it takes awhile for that to happen tho). Yeasterday was such a day. In the morning i was happy as hell gonna work and at 2 head to my work out : ) then BAMMM it hits me, shit day off. I am fortunate that i had to work late last night, that helped but as i layed in bed just be fore dream land a little voice called to me…….carl, carl, carl….. you didnt work out you wussy. One of theses days i am gonna run that little ass—- down and rope him and put a gag in his mouth……Well today when i get off i am on legs : ) SQUATS,BOX JUMPS,LEG EXTENIONS AND CURLS and the ever fun 5 mile walk with 15lbs in the back bacjk…. I have finaly been getting better sleep at night. It was a couple of diffrent things I think. 1) The bed i had was not good at all, so i bought a new one and man what a diffrence. 2) Overtraining, not getting the proper nutrution, I made to big of a change to quick. I thought my training was good but looking back it was not. Eating proper helps out alot. I know i know some of you are going no shit right. Well you have got to understand that most of my traning came from the MARINE CORPS, and there LOL there is no such thing as over training. but i use that displine to keep me going on the right path of working out hard and LEARNING, just might take me a little longer then some : ) LOL Have a good day all

Woke up ths morning feeling outstanding. Yeasterdays work out just felt strong, solid all the way thru. I like thoses types of work out as i am sure we all do. Arms and cardio.

I am a lucky man that my mother raised me to be blind to the color of a person skin. And being that i was raised in Sturgis, Miss. as a child that is one hellva deal. I was watching the idiot box last night and the Joe Louis story came on. For those of you that dont know Joe was "The Brown Bomber", A boxing champ and a champion in life.The shit that man went thru is amazing. And he did it with style,grace and dignaty. If you a courious its on HBO. I am not dumb or stupid but for the life of me i can not understand why or how a person can hate another person because of there skin color. GROW THE —- UP people. My mother marched with MLK, helped start the HEADSTART program in MISS. Taught the mentaly handicapped. Hell i thought this was what everybodys mother did. It wasnt till later that i found out that was not true.Watching the show last night i got so pissed about it. Tell me people how do you hate someone cause of color? I can understand hating someone because of the actions but because there skin is diffrent than yours? If you are reading this and think that skin color determines wether or not you are a good person the you are a —- IDIOT. sorry for the anger people. Just had to vent it somewhere.

That wass todays workout. Again not alot of weight but alot of reps. After that was jumping rope and then a little run/walk. Getting ready for my days off from work, the plan is to go hiking tomorrow so that i can scout out a new place to go riding. Then take my horse to the vet so i can get a coggens test done so that we can go out and play in the wild. Found a place out in Big Bend that is about 7hrs. from here and i can ride and ride and ride, hike, hike. hike. Well i best get to work.

I had a great work out today, I did clean and presses 50 of them. and in between set i did situps, after that i went on a 40 min. walk with 10 pounde in the backpack(not alot but of weight could feel it in the legs at the end). I slept like a baby last night for the first time in awhile. Not sure why but i got to admit it felt great to wake up relaxed. Maybe it has to do with diet? Before i went to bed i ate some pasta and shrimp. I know according to the rulles thats a bad thing but if i am low on carbs maybe thats why i slept better. Not sure but i will have to keep a watch out for that.
