Howdy all, Well this years almost done. Another one in the books as they say. Did you get done what you said you were going to in the year or were there excuses for not getting it done? Mine went alright for the most part. I moved foward in almost all of the things i wanted to do, some unfortenuly did not, not from a lack of effort on my part. This is life. I can look in the mirror in the morning and know in my HEART that i did my best. Did you and can you?

I am a happy man today : ) I finally got my new heavybag (100lb) up and will start using it today for cardio workout and stress reliver. Its been a while so i am sure it will take a little bit to get the rust knocked off but i will enjoy it. If you have never worked a heavybag i would suggest you give it a shot. 30 mintues on the bag working it hard and you will think you ran 5 miles. Have a great day all and Merry Christmas : )

I find it hard to beleive some of the goals i have read on here.Women saying how they need to lose some fat, or they need to tone up. From there perspective ,in there minds maybe they do. Again MAYBE? But when i see there profiles and pics i cant see it. They have great bodys and smiles, and a light in there eyes. So who has the better perspective? We are never truly able to see ourselfs as we see otheres or how otheres see us. Next time you atre sitting there judjeing yourself, think about it. Are you being objective about it, being honest about it. Or are you searching for something else?

There are only so many heartbeats in a life. What are you doing with yours? Sitting on a couch, slowly letting them pass by? To shy,timid or affraid to use them. I know people like that, and i dont understand them. Nor do they understand me. I want to use mine in a good productive way. HAVING FUN!!!!!! Seeing the world, meeting people going to diffrent places. So far in my life i have been able to see alot of the world. Being a Marine they sent me to alot of diffrent places and now that i have been out for along time i have been to alot more. Dont waste your heartbeats people, you never know the balance of your account. So spend them wisly. Have a good day all.

WOW been awhile since i did those things and let me tell you that my legs are screaming at me right now!!!! LOL They feel like they are gonna cramp up any second now, you know the feeling , its just before you drop to the ground cause your leg refuses to relax. Well i best get back to work….. hope i can still walk when i get up……………………….. hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Last nights work out was DAMN GOOD. Nothing speical as far as lifting weight or any milestones made. I just had a great work out. I swear i still feel pumped up. Today will be a day of cardio, 1 hours worth.Think i will do weighted wind sprints. LOL lets see if i am in such a great mood tomorrow : ) Have a great day all.

Woke up this morning in a great mood. Worked out last night for the first time in a week.When i wenr to start my bench i thought i must have put to much weight on the bar cause it sure felt heavy. But after a couple of reps it went great. Did my chest and triceps last night,even went up 5lbs and added a set. Yeahhhhhh me : ) LOL Have a good one all

Today i start my cut. I am looking foward to getting off work and working out. I still have got to settle the enegry being low part but im not sure what is causing it, so i guess i will have to just gut it out untill it is solved, is it bad nutrition, not sleeping good, stress? i dont know. ehhhh to hell with it maybe i just go old school and train hard as i can.
