Hello everybody, hope all are well. I have enjoyied my time off from training but am ready to get back to it. I relized that i had been over traing and need to lighten up a little. Need to get a better nutrition plan as well. I am looking foward to cutting phase and to just plain working out again. Have a great day all.

Hello all, i am ready to start my cut phase in about a week. And i am ready for it. I will be taking a week off from working out just to let my body recover. Will still walk every day but the hard core training will start Dec 1st. For my cardio i will be usinG a heavybag, 2lb jump rope, weighted vest for wind sprints and anything else i can think of to keep the heart rate up. Have a good Thanksgiving yall.

Had a great leg workout last night. Did leg ext., curls, squats, and dead lifts and the legs are screaming at me this morning. God it feels good. Now tomorrow maybe a diffrent story. LOL After my work out i went and threw about 250 bails of hay to help out my friends. They where only about 40 to 50 lbs each, but with that many to throw and stack it can wear you out quick. Well today is my day off from working out, however i do have to work a double shift. Ahhhhhhhh the joys of a job. LOL have a great day all.

Gonna have to go a littel lighter then the other day. My back feels better but i havnt tried it since i felt the pop. Sooooooooooo slow and easy in the begining and well see what happenes. After i work out today i have to help a friend unload 250 bails of hay. Needless to say that by the end of the day i should have no problem sleeping tonight. Have a great day all.

Had to work later that i thought last night. No biggie i thought got home about 9:45, started work out about 15 mintues later, going great, blasting the biceps, feeling great, proud of myself. Didnt skip my workout because it was late. Good boy Carl, arms are PUMPED i tell you. Time for back, yeah lets get to it. AND then thats when it happened……duhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh what we doing, i m tired,no no no come on back lets work it, work like the biceps did, back said uhhhhhhhhhhhhh we tired, brain said comeon, body said NOPE we done. And to bed i went.

Gourgous day here in So. Texas. Looks like i will get off of work early today . Got biceps and back for my wotrk out when i get off. Looking foward to working out, had a great workout the other day and it mad me look foward to todays workout with anticpation. Have a great day all.

I stopped the 5×5 routine i was working on. It just wasnt working out for me. Thats not to say it doesnt work, just not for me. Went back to the old way of 3 set with as much weight for as many reps as i can. Did the chest and triceps yeasterday and YEP i can feel it. God i love that tender feeling. Just enough to let yuou know you did something good but not enough to really hurt. Well have a great day all.

Nooooo i dont mean when i saw that picture of Mandy Blank in MuscleMag last month or Jamie Easton, I mean when i was doing squats and i felt that pop in my back : ( To heavy to fast. Thought i was stronger than i was. Now I got to drop back and start over again with lighter weights. Bad mood all day sense. Got a couple of days off so i will just relax i guess. Maybe i will just go horese back riding.
