NO_SHOTGUN

Its been about a week or so since i wrote anything, started using a new supplement i like, vpxs  no shotgun, there is some overhyping of the product but that is to be expected from sells department but i will say this IT WORKS GREAT!!!!  great pumps and you can feel a diffance . I was on NOEXPLODE, but like others if i added a little to much i was not getting to far a way from the can LOL, and since i i walk on the road after wotking out…. you get the idea. anyway if anyone has any sugestions to a better supplement oir work out please let me hear abopout them……………. thanks

Morning people, Yeasterday was leg day for me. I did leg curls)any suggestions to work my hams more?),leg extentions,Lunges(Hated them when i was in the Corps and i hate them now, and what muscle am i working when i do them anyways) and then sit ups. Dinner was great, I had fish tacos,finaly found a reciepe for them again. If you havnt ever had them i suggest you try them, great source of protien, taste great, and quick and simple to make.

Yeasterday was bis and back, felt strong in all areas again. Bis…… EZ curl with 1 @  45lbs  8 reps, 2 @ 50lbs 6, Hammer curls  1 @ 25 8 reps,  2 @ 30lbs 6 reps, dumbell curls same as hammer curls.  Back…. wide and close grip lat pulldown  1 @ 120lbs 10 reps,  1 @ 30lbs 8 reps,  1 @ 35lbs 6 reps, flatbar stiff arm pulldown,  1 @ 40lbs 8 reps, 2 @ 45lbs 6 reps, then 1.5 mile cardio.
