I can’t believe it I am so close to my goal of 8% bf… about 1 pound away from single digits and 5 pounds to my goal! Time to dig in and push hard… to all those just starting out… or have fallen off the wagon… it is totally worth it! I have been really strict with my diet and workouts… and to be honest I have zero cravings and can’t even relate, remember, or even miss my old way of eating/living! Should be at my goal within 1 month just in time for summer fun on the beach! Abs are starting to pop too…

This morning while I was looking in my closet for something to wear I realized that all my clothes are way to big. Shirts look like dresses on me… way too much cloth. And my pants, suites, etc… are super baggy and the belt is almost on the last notch… just trying to hold’em up.

It’s gonna be expensive…

So far I’m down about 25 pounds, and I can see a hint of a six pack! Been really good with eating.

Really happy about that!

So I had a killer leg workout yesterday… I really felt it this morning when I woke up. Changed my leg workout a bit to single leg reps and higher reps. And even though I am seeing gains… vascularity, and a bit of definition… I still feel a bit blah about it. I want my new body now, and don’t really like the way I look at this time. (I’ll have some new pictures up soon.)I want to be able to be proud of the way I look…. and I’ve got doubts… wondering if my diet is right. So far I am eating low carbs and high protein, and plan to cycle this weekend to a higher amount of carbs. Excited about that!

Today I did a shouldler workout… and 25 minutes of interval on the reclined bike! My legs were burning… it felt so good! I also went to a Bikram yoga class… recently I’ve been feel tight, especially my legs, ie. my calves, even though I stretch them daily. I love bikrams… I love the way it makes me feel… and I was the only guy in the class. Loving that too!
