Getting Fitter and thinner! But kinda feeling blah…

So I had a killer leg workout yesterday… I really felt it this morning when I woke up. Changed my leg workout a bit to single leg reps and higher reps. And even though I am seeing gains… vascularity, and a bit of definition… I still feel a bit blah about it. I want my new body now, and don’t really like the way I look at this time. (I’ll have some new pictures up soon.)I want to be able to be proud of the way I look…. and I’ve got doubts… wondering if my diet is right. So far I am eating low carbs and high protein, and plan to cycle this weekend to a higher amount of carbs. Excited about that! :)

Today I did a shouldler workout… and 25 minutes of interval on the reclined bike! My legs were burning… it felt so good! I also went to a Bikram yoga class… recently I’ve been feel tight, especially my legs, ie. my calves, even though I stretch them daily. I love bikrams… I love the way it makes me feel… and I was the only guy in the class. :P   Loving that too!
